Pre-Post Natal YogaLife-stage practice

Opening soon

A private practice for a changing body

Your body is changing.
Your yoga should, too.

One-to-one yoga guidance shaped around your pregnancy or postnatal chapter—not a group sequence you are expected to fit.

Opening soon · Individually arranged·Live online

Pre-Post Natal Yoga is opening later than the two launch programmes (General and Therapeutic). Register your interest and the team will confirm the date this private 1:1 programme opens, then arrange sessions individually around your chapter.

Why private matters here

The right practice begins with
your current chapter.

No two pregnancies ask the same thing of the body. Neither do two recoveries. In a private session, your teacher starts with your stage, your comfort, and your clinician’s guidance—then adapts the practice to you.

One teacher. One student. Your own pace.

Opening soon. Register your interest and we will confirm the date as soon as it is set.

What your practice includes

More attention.
At every stage.

01

One person, one plan

Private attention keeps the practice responsive to the body and stage you bring to the session.

02

Prenatal or postnatal

Choose the focus that matches your chapter instead of joining a general group class.

03

A timetable that fits

Arrange sessions individually, so the plan can sit alongside the realities of this season.

04

Clear boundaries

Medical clearance comes before starting; yoga guidance does not replace clinical care.

Your practice.

What the guidance changes

Less guesswork.
More considered practice.

A group class follows one pace. Your private session can follow yours. With medical clearance in place, your teacher can adjust movement, breathing, and rest to the chapter you are in—and make room for questions as you go.

  • A private conversation helps establish whether prenatal or postnatal practice is the appropriate starting point.
  • Sessions can focus on movement, breath and pacing selected for your current context.
  • Questions and adjustments happen in the room, rather than being left to you to interpret alone.
A note of care

Health screening and clinician clearance are required before starting. This private yoga guidance is not medical treatment and does not assure birth or recovery results.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Your next step should feel informed, not rushed. Ask us anything about the right practice for you.

Ask the team
Are these group classes?
