Authenticity
No performance to put on. Just clear, time-tested practice, taught with honesty and adapted to real bodies and real days.
The ChandraYog approach
Authentic yoga, made accessible to everyone—and designed to fit the life you are already living.
Live online guidance. Human attention. No prior experience required.
Your space. Your pace. Our guidance.More than movement
ChandraYog grew from a simple belief: yoga should not feel like another test you have to pass. It should help you return to yourself—with a little more steadiness, space and confidence to carry into the rest of your day.
That is why our online practice is live, attentive and practical. You can join from your own room, at your own level, with teachers who explain the why behind the movement. The result is less guesswork and a better chance of building a rhythm that lasts.
What we stand for
The method matters. So does the feeling you leave with.
No performance to put on. Just clear, time-tested practice, taught with honesty and adapted to real bodies and real days.
A welcoming room changes how consistently you return. You are guided, noticed and encouraged without being compared.
The goal is not a more impressive shape. It is more ease in your breathing, movement and attention beyond the mat.
Small, repeatable practice becomes a stronger foundation. We help you keep going long enough to feel the difference.
A founder-led practice, open to every starting point.
The person behind the practice
Chandrima is ChandraYog's founder and lead instructor, an RYT-500 teacher specialising in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in mindful alignment and patient explanation—not in asking everyone to move the same way.
Her mission is direct: make authentic yoga accessible to everyone. That means meeting beginners without judgement, offering more attentive support when it is needed, and building an online space where practice can become part of ordinary life.
The online model
You should know what joining means before you commit.
Our general practice is shaped around consistency: four batches, five days a week. For therapeutic yoga, smaller groups—up to 10 participants—make room for more personal attention. It is a simple structure, but it removes two common barriers: not knowing when to show up, and feeling lost once you do.
