A more personal practice.

The work behind the work

A calmer class begins with a clearer teacher.

ChandraYog is for teachers who believe that people deserve to feel guided, not managed. We value the details: the cue that gives someone confidence, the pause that lets a student choose, the boundary that keeps specialist work safe.

Our classes are live and online, but the standard is personal. We look for teachers who can bring steadiness to a real person’s real day, whether they are returning to movement, navigating change or learning how to guide others.

What we hold true

Good teaching is felt in the details.

These are not wall words. They shape how we plan, cue, respond and keep students safe.

Warmth with standards

Compassion is not vagueness. We make space for people while keeping our teaching considered and accountable.

Safety before spectacle

We respect specialist qualifications, informed consent and the limits of what an online class can responsibly offer.

Presence, even online

Good virtual teaching is not a recording with a play button. It is observation, clear language and a human response.
