When your practice needs a little more care, a smaller class makes room for the teacher to notice the details.

5 days a week · batches confirmed on enquiry·Live online

Therapeutic Yoga runs 5 days a week with four specialised batch slots per day. Because groups are small (max 10) and screened before joining, the exact batch time for you is confirmed on enquiry. Two representative times shown on the timetable are 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST — ask the team which batch fits your screening outcome.

Your needs matter.
Before your first class.

Focused batches may support practice around knee and back concerns, sciatica, and PCOD/PCOS. The team will discuss suitability and the health-screening process—not make a medical diagnosis.

  • Four specialised batch slots per day — exact time confirmed on enquiry
  • Live small-group guidance, five days a week
  • For pregnancy or postpartum practice, choose our separate private 1:1 program
A note of care

Therapeutic Yoga is not medical treatment. Health screening is mandatory before joining; medical clearance may be needed. Follow your qualified healthcare professional’s advice.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Your next step should feel informed, not rushed. Ask us anything about the right practice for you.

Ask the team
How is Therapeutic Yoga different from General Yoga?

Therapeutic classes are smaller, with a maximum of ten participants, and offer more focused guidance and careful pacing. General Yoga is built around everyday movement and breathwork.

What are the batch times?

Therapeutic Yoga offers four specialised batch slots per day, Monday to Friday. Because groups are small and screened first, the exact batch time for you is confirmed on enquiry. Representative times shown on the timetable are 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST.

Can I join if I am new to yoga?

You may be able to, depending on suitability and screening. Start with an inquiry. The team will guide the next step rather than assume that a class is right for you.

Is health screening required?

Yes. Health screening is mandatory before therapeutic practice. The team may also ask for medical clearance. Yoga does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Are prenatal and postnatal sessions held in a group?

No. Pre-Post Natal Yoga is a separate program offered only through private 1:1 sessions. Ask about that program if you are pregnant or returning after birth.
